We designed & refitted a 15,000 sq ft conversion of an old industrial unit into a new Karma Kitchen Commercial Kitchen Space. The project involved complex M&E design, a very tight programme and two large variations to the original scope of works with no room for extra delivery time. The results were a stunning transformation into a new commercial kitchen space complete with 25 new private and production kitchen spaces, 13 cold rooms / freezers and the installation of a 7,100 sq ft mezzanine.
