Wren completed the conversion of an existing 129,000sq.ft distribution centre in Park Royal for high end online fashion company Matchesfashion.com. The works consisted of the installation of all new mechanical, electrical and IT infrastructure services, the installation of new high bay racking, automation systems and the formation of new picking and packing areas. Wren needed to construct a 50,000 sq.ft mezzanine within the existing warehouse, refurbishment of 20,000sq.ft of office space, and the construction of a new 10,000sq.ft extension to form new welfare facility for the Matchesfashion staff.
