A total transformation to create a stunning, light-filled new home for the residents
Wren have completed another beautiful care home in Thackeray, Croydon as part of the WOW refurbishment framework.
All the residents were relocated whilst we carried out full fit out, decoration and all associated M&E works on the property.
The works included a total refurbishment of all the communal areas, reconfiguration of smaller rooms to create more open-plan spaces, installing new sluice / bathrooms, creating hair salons, beautiful double and single bedrooms and new car parking spaces in front of the property.
