Beautiful new bedrooms and communal spaces for the elderly.
Wren were appointed as main contractor for the regeneration of an existing two storey care home for the Salvation Army in Lewisham, London.
The scope of works included demolition, construction of a new extension, structural alterations and full external façade repairs. Internally, we undertook the construction of new lift and stair-cores and the full internal fit out to create 40 new en-suite bedrooms. In addition, we fitted out commercial kitchens and laundry rooms, assisted shower and bathrooms, living and dining rooms and the forming of a new central courtyard.
