A total transformation to create wonderful communal spaces for the elderly.
Wren carried out WOW refurbishment works on two Barchester Healthcare Homes in Norwich - Woodside and The Warren. The works included a total refurbishment of all the communal areas, reconfiguration of smaller rooms to create more open-plan spaces, installing new sluice / bathrooms, creating hair salons, fit out and decorations throughout, roof maintenance works and all associated M&E works.
All the works during both projects were carried out whilst residents and staff continued to live and work in the care homes. This meant we had to work with the utmost care, efficiency and consideration throughout the programmes.
