BEAUTIFUL, LIGHT-FILLED NEW RESIDENCE IN LONDON
We have recently completed the stunning design and build of a new 33 residential apartment block in Harrow, London. The works consisted of the demolition of the existing residential properties and the construction of a new basement and 4-storey brick and block building.
All the ground works, brickwork, m&e and fit out works were completed by our in house teams.
The works included all new lighting, AC, ventilation, fire alarms and CCTV entry. The finish throughout was to a very high standard with parquet flooring, feature lighting, en suite bathrooms and a landscaped gardens.
The results of the project are impressive with light-filled bedrooms and communal spaces.
